In short: Alfafolio is an information service built on public SEC Form 13F filings and market data. Nothing on this site is investment advice, and you are responsible for your own investment decisions.

1. Information only

All content — dashboards, rankings, consensus and “smart money” metrics, specialist classifications, leaderboards, screeners, charts, alerts and news feeds — is provided for general information and education. It is not investment advice, investment research, a financial promotion, tax advice or legal advice, and it does not take your objectives, financial situation or needs into account. No fiduciary, advisory or client relationship is created by using the Service.

2. Not regulated advice

We are not authorised or regulated as an investment firm or investment adviser by any authority, including the Spanish CNMV or any other EU/EEA national competent authority. The content is not “investment advice” or “investment research” within the meaning of MiFID II.

3. Where the data comes from — and its limits

• All data is collected from open, public sources — principally SEC EDGAR Form 13F filings and publicly available market and news data — and aggregated by us for investors’ convenience. • 13F filings are quarterly, disclose long U.S.-listed positions only, and may be filed up to 45 days after quarter end — positions may have changed materially by the time you see them. Short positions, derivatives (other than listed options), non-U.S. holdings and cash are generally not visible. • Filings may contain errors or omissions by the filer. Our derived metrics (consensus trends, specialist ownership, rankings) are our own calculations on top of that data and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. • Prices, valuation metrics and news come from public feeds and may be delayed or inaccurate. Coverage is partial by nature.

4. No warranty, your risk

We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information. You use the Service at your own risk. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of all capital. Past performance — including the performance of any fund or portfolio shown — is not indicative of future results.

5. Do your own research

Before making any investment decision, do your own analysis and consult a licensed financial adviser, and where relevant a tax adviser. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions; to the maximum extent permitted by law we accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on the Service.

6. No offer or recommendation

Nothing on Alfafolio is an offer to sell, or a request for an offer to buy, any security or investment product. When a fund, company or security appears on the site, including in rankings, screeners or alerts, that is not a recommendation or endorsement.

7. Advertising and third parties

Ads on Alfafolio are provided by Google and its partners. We do not choose, endorse or take responsibility for the products or services advertised. Mentions of third-party companies, brands or websites do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Alfafolio.

8. Changes and availability

Data, features and content may change or be removed at any time without notice. We are not obliged to update information after it is published. The Service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for technical reasons beyond our control.

9. Losses can be significant

Share prices can move sharply, and you can lose money over short or long periods. No result is guaranteed, whether or not you act on information from Alfafolio.
