OUR DATA
Fund holdings come from Form 13F filings published on the SEC’s EDGAR database. Institutional investment managers with more than $100 million in qualifying U.S. securities must file a 13F within 45 days of each quarter end, so the data shows positions as they stood at quarter end, not today. 13F filings cover long positions in U.S.-listed securities only. We currently track 10,058 managers and 14,339 companies and add new filings as they are published. Prices, fundamentals and news come from public market data feeds.
